Meet the Owner

Hello! My name is Fallon, and I'm the founder of AWOORA!
I love dogs and the Aurora, so I thought:
"I live up north, why not both?"
I've been passionate about nature and animals for as long as I can remember, always thinking about what I could possibly do to work with them myself. I considered everything from veterinary to marine biology and wildlife rescue. While I never had the opportunity to pursue any of those career paths, I never stopped caring for animals. I've had chickens, pigs, fish, snakes, guinea pigs, finches, parakeets, cats, and dogs. In fact, throughout my branding you may see pictures of a German shepherd; that shepherd is my old dog, King. I rescued him in 2012 from someone who intentionally poisoned their previous dog. He was put down in 2025 after getting hip dysplasia. I know how important pets are to people, they're an extension of your family and you want to make sure they live a happy, healthy life. I also know that exercise can be difficult to fit into a busy schedule, or perhaps health issues arise that prevent you from being able to walk as much as you want to. So, instead of dreaming about what it would be like to work with wildlife, I decided to get into dog walking! I love helping people almost as much as any of my hobbies, so something that allows me to make a difference in someone's life is one of the first things I'll leap for.
If you've read this far, thank you for giving me your time! I hope you'll decide to contact me and schedule a consultation so I can meet you and your pet(s)!
